Residents at La Solana enjoy superb medical care, a 7-day-a-week activities program, restaurant-style dining, full-service housekeeping and laundry services, transportation to and from appointments outside of the facility, and a number of other personalized services. Leilani (Lani) Eichman | Administrator

Over 26 years ago I started my career in healthcare as a housekeeper in a small, acute care hospital with an attached skilled nursing facility. I worked in all departments and became very interested in management. Because of that, I became a licensed administrator in both Colorado and Minnesota. I took the position of Executive Director at La Solana in 2010.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and am a Certified Dietary Manager. I recently became a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.

Elder care is a very important part of my life. I find great joy in helping our senior citizens receive the help they need to regain independence, when possible or in helping make their lives content and enjoyable as they travel though their final years. The daily smiles and the chance that I get to dry tears and give out hugs is what I enjoy most about my job.

Tara Hernandez | Director of Nursing

I started at La Solana as floor nurse one year ago and accepted the position of DON in November of 2010.

Jackie Cummings | Assistant Director of Nursing

I have been with La Solana for 2 years. I started as a floor nurse and was responsible for wound nursing. I then served as the MDS Coordinator and recently accepted the position as ADON.

Karen Lindemann | Business Office Manager

I joined La Solana 23 years ago as a CNA. Today, I am the Business Office Manager.

Ana Altamirano | Social Services Director

I have been with La Solana for 21 years.

Linda Everson | Medical Records Director

Over 19 years ago I started at La Solana as a receptionist. Today, I am the Medical Records Director.

I have been with the facility for 16 years. I’ve worked in numerous positions and truly enjoy my current position as Activities Director.

Jessica Terrell | Human Resource Director

I have been with La Solana for 5 years. I’m currently both the receptionist and the Human Resource Director.

Lizet Marruffo | Environmental Service Director

I just joined La Solana and am looking forward to working as the Environment Service Director.
